Student Visa from Kenya to Germany
- The student visa is for foreigners who have applied and have been admitted to study in one of the schools in the country.
- A letter of admission from the school you have been enrolled in must be provided before this visa will be issued to you.
- Certificates and transcripts of the schools you previously attended is a necessary document to be provided during the visa application process.
- If you are not a citizen of Kenya, a copy of your stay permit in Kenya is required.
- You are required to show proof of German language proficiency or proof that you intend to take up a language course in Germany.
- Holders of this visa are not prohibited from taking up work whilst studying as long as it does not affect their study.
- You can extend the visa to last the duration of your studies in the country.
- If you are a minor traveling without your parent, a letter of consent signed both your parents should be provided.
- The visa costs €60.
