Business Visa from Kenya to Germany

The applicants of this visa are business-oriented travelers who have the intention of meeting with partners to discuss working relations between them.

Holders of this visa can attend conferences, meetings, business summits, and trade fairs whilst they are in the country.

A letter of invitation from your business partner in Germany should be provided. The address of the company, duration, and purpose of the meeting should be stated in details in the letter.

The certificate of business registration of the company you are meeting up with should be provided.

Your employer in Kenya should provide a letter stating they are aware of your business leave. The reason for your visit and how long you will be staying in the country should be indicated in the letter.

If you have had previous dealings with the company you are meeting with, you are required to provide proof of this.

Whilst you are in the country, you are not allowed to enroll in any school for study purposes.

Taking up paid or unpaid employment in the country is prohibited.

 Proof that you have the incentive to return to your country is necessary.

At the expiry of your visa, it is expected that you leave Germany for Kenya.
