Journalist Visa from Kenya to Ukraine

This visa is granted to applicants working in the media.
Journalists traveling to Ukraine may have the intention of covering a story or an event during their visit.
A letter from the Mass Media in Kenya with a request to issue a visa to the applicant traveling to Ukraine is required.
An invitation letter issued by the Kenyan branch of the company the applicant is representing in Ukraine with a request of issuance of this visa.
If the applicant of this visa is non-Kenyan, a copy of the applicant’s Kenyan stay permit is required.
If you are traveling with an underage child, the original copy of the child’s stay permit should be provided.
Applicants must provide a document which shows that they are in good health condition.
Foreigners should ensure they abide by the rules guiding this visa.

Requirements:

A Kenyan passport valid for at least 6 months from the intended arrival date and must have 2 blank pages for visa stamp.
Duly completed and signed visa application form.
If the applicant is a minor, the parents/legal guardians have to sign the form.
Passport-size photographs (35 x 45 mm) taken in white background.
Travel document.
Proof of financial support.
Proof of accommodation.
Copy of return flight ticket.
Documentation showing applicant’s ties to home country, e.g. verification from applicant’s employer.
A police report showing the traveler does not have a criminal record.
Medical Insurance.
Documentation confirming the purpose of travel.
Copy of travel itinerary.
