Transit Visa from Kenya to Mali
- This visa allows Kenyans to make a brief stop in Mali while travelling.
- An original and signed valid passport with at least one blank page for a Mali visa stamp is required.
- Two recent 2 x 2' passport photographs are required. These photos must be in color, taken in front view and against a white background.
- Travelers are required to have a copy of their onward destination visa ready. Applicants of this visa have the intention of boarding a connecting flight from Mali to their destination.
- Travelers are required to have proof of travel arrangements. Computer-generated flight itinerary from the airline or a travel agency should be brought as proof of travel arrangements.
- Applicants of this visa are required to present the flight ticket to their destination.
- Visa and other entry permits to the destination country should also be provided.
- Holders of this visa are not allowed to work or study while they are in the country.
- A document which shows that foreigners have the incentive of leaving the country should be provided.
- Applicants who are not citizens of Kenya are required to present a copy their stay permit in Kenya.
- If you are a minor, a letter of consent signed by both your parents should be provided. The original copy of your birth certificate is also required.
- All travelers are advised to be vaccinated against yellow fever before departing their country. A copy of the International Certificate of Vaccination against yellow fever is required of the traveler.
- The Mali transit visa cannot be extended.
