You are required to have a medical report from your doctor in Kenya. This report should be accompanied by a document which clearly states the reason why the treatment is best administered in Algeria.
A medical attestation from the hospital or doctor in Algeria, confirming the date of appointment as well as your medical situation is required to be submitted.
If you are employed, you should provide proof that your employer is aware of your leave. This may be stated in a letter written with the company’s letterhead and signed by your employer.
Retirees should have a pension statement from the last 6 months.
