Applicants are to provide a letter drafted and signed within the last 3 months by the applicant's treating doctor in Kenya providing background information about current medical treatment and confirming the need of specific medical treatment to be provided in Croatia.
A medical attestation from the hospital or doctor in Croatia, confirming the date of appointment as well as your medical situation is required.
If you are employed, you should provide proof that your employer is aware of your leave. This may be stated in a letter written with the company’s letterhead and signed by your employer.
