Kenyans seeking medical attention from a hospital in Lithuania are the ones eligible for this visa.
You are required to have a medical report from your doctor in Kenya. This report should be accompanied by a document which clearly states the reason the treatment is best administered in Lithuania.
A medical attestation from the hospital or doctor in Lithuania, confirming the date of appointment as well as your medical situation is required.
If you are employed, you should provide proof that your employer is aware of your leave. This may be stated in a letter written with the company’s letterhead and signed by your employer.
Retirees should have a pension statement from the last 6 months.
Proof of payment of medical fees should be provided.
