Medical Visa from Kenya to Hungary Description

The medical visa allows foreigners to visit Hungary to seek medical attention.
Diagnosis from your local doctor should be provided. It should be accompanied by a referral that states why the treatment cannot be gotten in Kenya.
A medical attestation from the hospital or doctor in Hungary, confirming the date of appointment as well as your medical status is required.
If you are employed, a letter from your employer stating that he/she is aware of your leave.
Retirees should have a pension statement from the last 6 months.
Proof of payment of medical fees should be provided.
Minors must ensure they possess the original copy of their birth certificate. If they are traveling alone or with one of their parents, a document of consent which is signed by both parents of the minor should be provided.
You are not allowed to work whilst you are in the country.
At the end of your treatment, you are expected to leave the country.
Holders are not allowed to take up permanent residence in the country.
Proof of payment of visa application fee is required.

Kenyan passport valid for at least three months after the date of exit from the country. The passport must have at least two blank pages.
Duly completed visa application form signed by the applicant.
Two recent passport-sized photographs taken with a white background. The passport should follow the photo specification of a visa application.
Bank statement from the last three months prior to the period of visa application. This serves as proof of sufficient financial means for the duration of your stay in the country.
Valid travel insurance which has a coverage of €30,000 for medical insurance.
Proof of accommodation for the duration of your stay in the country.
Return flight ticket.
Copy of travel itinerary.
Proof of civil status.
